The Baton Award is presented to Voicebrook’s core project team members—Project Manager, Solution Architect, Lead Implementation Specialist, and Technical Specialist—who demonstrate superior performance based on post-project and user survey feedback. The award symbolizes the "passing of the baton" as our project teams complete their work and transition customers to Voicebrook's Support and Client Engagement team, ensuring ongoing success.
