The landscape of anatomic and digital pathology is rapidly evolving, with many vendors shifting toward modern, browser-based architectures. At Voicebrook, we’re staying ahead of the curve—ensuring our solutions integrate seamlessly with the platforms pathologists rely on every day.
We’re excited to share several recent enhancements—and a glimpse of what’s coming next—that will empower our users to work faster and smarter across systems.
Many of today’s pathology systems are moving to the web, and we’ve responded by expanding our compatibility with browser-based platforms. Voicebrook's latest enhancements make it possible to voice-enable virtually any browser-based system, providing a more consistent and efficient reporting experience.
This improved functionality benefits users of several key systems. Just to name a few:
As with desktop systems, we’ve yet to find one we can’t integrate with!
Digital pathology often involves multitasking across multiple windows and applications. Until now, dictation required the active cursor to remain in the reporting window, forcing users to toggle between systems and interrupting their flow.
With our Anchor Dictation capability, users can now lock focus in VoiceOver PRO's Report Builder (Classic or Premium) and continue dictating—even while interacting with other systems. This feature is particularly valuable for digital workflows, where users may be viewing whole slide images, accessing external systems, or reviewing patient history alongside reporting.
This change isn’t just a convenience—it’s a major productivity boost for busy pathology teams.
We’re not stopping here. Our team is currently working on DICOM integration, paving the way for even deeper automation in the reporting process. This functionality will allow us to pull key data directly from DICOM files, such as biomarker information, into the report.
Imagine opening a CAP Biomarker protocol and seeing it pre-populated with relevant data extracted automatically from imaging metadata. That’s the kind of time-saving and accuracy-enhancing innovation we’re bringing to the next generation of pathology reporting.
At Voicebrook, we’re committed to transforming how pathologists work by eliminating barriers, reducing manual effort, and making the reporting process as seamless as possible. These latest updates mark just the beginning of what’s possible as we continue to support the shift toward more modern, integrated, and intelligent pathology workflows.
At Voicebrook, your voice and your needs will always be at the center of what we do.
We'd love to show you what we're doing to elevate VoiceOver PRO to the next level.
