Company Awards 1 (1)

Core Values Award

The Core Values Award goes to a person who best demonstrates the company's core values: “BASIC - Balance, Accountability, Success, Interaction, Change.” This year’s Core Values Award was presented to Ryan Jackson, a Solution Architect at Voicebrook.

Ryan is being recognized for consistently living the company’s core values and bringing a steady, thoughtful approach to his work, translating complex client workflows into effective solutions.

“He remains calm and professional, even in challenging or high pressure situations,” says Jesse Spates, Associate Product Manager at Voicebrook. “Ryan takes clear ownership of his work and approaches new technology and change with curiosity rather than hesitation.”

Ryan takes his time to truly understand client workflows and challenges and translates those into practical solutions that help pathologists and PAs work efficiently and accurately. His work directly supports timely and reliable patient results, which is at the heart of why we do what we do.

Core Purpose Award

Congratulations to Brian Juszcyk, Director of Internal Operations, recipient of the Core Purpose Award. This honor is given to a person who demonstrates a focus and passion for “Helping Patients Get Results.”

Brian is being honored for a decade-plus of dedication to helping patients get results by ensuring that Voicebrook and our customers perform at peak level. Brian has a reputation as someone people can always go to, being willing to help out at any time and seeking effective resolutions with integrity. He is a great problem-solver who offers unique perspectives and a keen ability to problem solve.

“He recognizes that if we are performing at our best, it means our customers are performing at their best for their patients,” says Filipe Carreira, Voicebrook COO. “Brian is selfless, holds high standards, and never backs down when he feels we aren’t doing right by the company or by our customers.”

BHAG Award

So, what’s a BHAG? It stands for “Big Hairy Audacious Goal." Simply put, it's a bold, ambitious objective that pushes an organization to think bigger and aim higher. The term was first introduced in Built to Last: Successful Habits of Visionary Companies by Jim Collins and Jerry Porras.

For Voicebrook, our BHAG is to become the dominant facilitator of patient diagnosis communication, and this year’s BHAG Award goes to David Colangelo, Director of Business Development.

David joined Voicebrook in March 2025 and hit the ground running. He came in to build our business development focus, and quickly immersed himself in tackling partnerships, industry events, and developing international strategy.

“David seamlessly integrated himself with both our culture and industry,” says COO Felipe Carreira. “I really do admire his ability to connect with people, building relationships, and seeing how he is able to get people to understand that we’re here for the right reasons.”

Rookie of the Year Award

This honor is presented to a team member who has been with Voicebrook for less than 2 years, who has been an outstanding representative for the company, and constantly keeps success in mind. Congrats to Terrynce McKeown, Document and Content Specialist, for winning this award!

In his time at Voicebrook, Terrynce has made a huge impact by improving the company’s technical documentation and access to critical information. His efforts make it easier for all teams to do their jobs effectively and for our customers to find what they need when they need it.

“From day one, Terrynce has shown impressive ability to quickly shift focus and respond to evolving priorities, ensuring internal and external documentation needs are met with accuracy and consistency,” says Erica Jones, Senior Manager of Client Onboarding. “He has been an integral contributor to the creation of The Lab and the Voicebrook Success Community, helping bring these resources to life and continuing to keep them current, relevant, and easy to navigate.”

Brand Promise Award

Voicebrook's brand promise is to be Reliable, Efficient, Flexible, and Simple, in order to ensure the success of our customers.

The employee who has consistently demonstrated that brand promise is Pallabi Mukherjee, Senior Software Developer. In her time working with Voicebrook, Pallabi has grown to take on a leading role in many of our larger development efforts. Her scope of impact has ranged from proactively rewriting code to make our portal easier to manage, to researching exciting new frontiers such as the use of AI to generate behaviors for CAP checklists.

Daniel Kahn, Director of Product Engineering, says, “What I have found most impressive about Pallabi is that she is always pushing herself to the max to learn new things and take on new challenges. She is a model team player and willing to get her hands dirty with whatever is needed to help us stay on track with our development goals.”

Client Success Baton Award

The Baton Award is a biannual recognition program that honors our project teams who deliver outstanding client implementation experiences. It’s designed to spotlight teams that not only complete projects successfully, but also make the process easy, positive, and impactful for clients and end users.

The award is data-driven, based on a combination of survey metrics collected at different stages of the customer journey. The Baton Award recognizes teams that not only launch successful projects on paper, but also drive high satisfaction, low friction, and strong user adoption.

In the most recent six‑month period, Team Alpha once again emerged as the Baton Award winner, marking their third consecutive win. Congrats to Team Alpha members: Project Manager Stacey Lackemann, Solution Architect Chris Lunghard, Technical Specialist Ola Jaworska, and Lead Implementation Specialist Leonard Blakeney.

Baton Awards (1)
20 Years of Service Award

One final award to mention, and this one's a big deal. Voicebrook is celebrating Chris Ceraso on his 20 year anniversary with the company!

Chris is a Senior Support Engineer who has also served as a project manager, implementation specialist, and support specialist over his two decades with Voicebrook. The Voicebrook team has many stories they love to share about Chris, but one common thread is this: Chris is always willing to help and jumps in wherever he is needed in order to make a difference.

“I could come to Chris with any issue, and he would find the time, and we would get it figured out,” says Lindsey Pitsch, VP of People Success. “I just really appreciate you, Chris, and everything you've done for me personally as well as for the company.”

20 Years Award

Congratulations to all of our award winners, and thank you to everyone on the Voicebrook team for your contributions and hard work!
