How long does a VoiceOver PRO upgrade take to implement?
A PRO upgrade from VoiceOver 5 can take anywhere from 6 to 9 months, based on the scope of the project. Depending on your environment, there may be a need for new Windows servers to be upgraded (i.e. Windows 2008 to Windows 2019), servers to host the Nuance Dragon environment, as well as SQL database if you were not using the Dragon Medical Network Edition. There will also be discussions, configuration, testing, and retesting around templates and the various workflows.

How much time/resources are needed from our IT department to upgrade?
IT time allotment can vary with regard to the number of IT individuals involved in completing necessary IT task requirements. This could involve setting up servers, SQL databases, Test PCs, Anti-Virus exclusions, Remote Access to the server and Test PC, upgrading current PCs according to Voicebrook's Desktop Requirements, or swapping out PCs altogether (i.e. upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10).

Can I create and maintain my own templates in VoiceOver PRO?
The PRO: Premium workflow provides smart templates which can provide answers in a single-picklist or multi-picklist format. These templates are maintained by the site's Admin who can make modifications. Users are able to create their own quick text-style templates in both VoiceOver PRO: Premium and PRO: Basic, which is similar to templates offered in the earlier version of our software, VoiceOver 5.

If I currently use Voiceover will I lose my customizations with moving to PRO?
Voicebrook will provide features and customizations that are similar to your VoiceOver 5 templates and workflows. A Voicebrook Project Manager will be assigned to work with your team to understand your needs and to ensure your satisfaction.
