Technology veterans form new venture focused on implementing enterprise speech recognition solutions for healthcare.

E. Ross Weinstein
, President & Chief Executive Officer Ross has been involved in developing, selling, and implementing information technology solutions for over 15 years, and has extensive background and contacts in healthcare organizations. Ross started and ran SpeechEnableIT, the speech recognition division of a New York technology reseller. During his tenure, he was responsible for a number of large-scale speech recognition implementations, and was named to the Lernout & Hauspie National VAR Council. Ross was also responsible for selling, developing the process, and implementing a solution for enterprise speech recognition integrated with the electronic medical record (EMR) systems at a number of NY area hospitals.

Michael Cipriani
, Chief Technology Officer Michael's experience as a user, implementer and producer of speech solutions extends back 15 years when he was a user and manager of a speech recognition reporting system. He has held positions as a physician assistant in pathology at Beth Israel Medical Center, NY where speech technology reporting was pioneered in Pathology using the Kurzweil VoicePath system. Michael was instrumental in helping Kurzweil AI develop and market VoicePath, which received a Smithsonian Award for Innovation. Since then, Michael has held a number of senior technology positions at NY area hospitals / technology consulting firms, and was Vice President of Services and Operations for Talk Technology. He has authored or coauthored a number of publication on speech recognition in the clinical environment and has given many related presentations and seminars.

Joe Desiderio
, Chief Strategy Officer / Chief Marketing Officer Prior to Voicebrook®, Joe was responsible for technology planning and implementation for Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide and Sotheby's. A relative newcomer to healthcare, Joe's background aligning technology strategy with business goals, and using technology as a key service differentiator will help create value for Voicebrook's clients. Joe has held various I.T. management positions, with responsibility for critical international technology implementations, including messaging, groupware, CRM/ERP, data quality, enterprise application integration, and enterprise system implementation.

Richard Friedman
, Chief Operating Officer Rich is a strong results driven marketing and sales professional with more than 20 years of sales and sales management experience. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for 10 years at Career Horizons, a national staffing company, Rich was instrumental in successfully developing a new division from concept to a national entity with more than $100 million in revenues across 30 states. Rich's was recruited by Staff Builders to develop a new business division to help diversify the business mix. He also served as National Director of New Business Development for Saffer, Cravit & Freedman, an international advertising agency. Prior to his sales experience he was Director of Management Information Systems for two companies over a 12-year period.
