The Opportunity:   A work-from-home Content Marketing Coordinator position in a rapidly growing company.

Voicebrook solves reporting issues for Pathology laboratories; we help them to easily and efficiently create accurate Pathology reports. We understand the needs of pathologists, PA’s, technicians, and how their workflow affects patient outcomes. Our products and services are built to assist pathologists in saving time and more importantly, lives. We are looking to expand our marketing team to help educate and inspire our community through creative content.

Voicebrook is hiring a highly motivated professional content marketing coordinator to assist the client acquisition team in launching and tracking marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and create an exceptional experience for Voicebrook clients. The position is heavily focused on content creation and is excellent for a candidate with marketing, writing and analytical skills interested in inbound marketing (graphic design skills a plus). This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Here is what you will accomplish at Voicebrook:

  • Play a critical role in overall Voicebrook marketing strategy.

  • Drive our brand messaging and voice.

  • Play a critical role in our future growth.

Here is what you will be doing at Voicebrook:

  • Creating digital resources to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.)

  • Blogging on an ongoing basis to support marketing objectives and to attract website visitors through search, social, and our email subscribers.

  • Grow our subscriber base by publishing regular, helpful content that’s in-tune with the needs of our target market.

  • Collaborating with designers, product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.

  • Build and manage our editorial calendar.

  • Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics.

  • Follow industry-related news and generate ideas about trending topics.

  • Review and update published content as needed.

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.

  • Assist with organizing promotional and trade show events.

  • Compose and post online content on the company website and social media accounts.

  • You have a good understanding of inbound marketing.

Some things that are not required, but may help you perform this job:

  • Knowledge of anatomic pathology.

  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite).

  • General knowledge of speech recognition software (Dragon; Nuance).
